New coins on Robinhood Chain will launch on contracts that pay 85% of every fee to the creator, 7% to the weekly jackpot and 8% to ForgePad, with a fix to how a coin's pool opens at graduation. They are reviewed before they go live. Coins that already exist keep trading.
