Effective 4 October 2026
Terms of Service
Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. This is the whole agreement.
What ForgePad is
ForgePad is software that helps you deploy and trade tokens on public blockchains — today Robinhood Chain and Solana. It is a tool, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial institution.
On Solana, ForgePad also shows and lets you trade tokens created on pump.fun. ForgePad is an independent interface, not operated by or affiliated with pump.fun, and does not vet those tokens.
Every token created through ForgePad belongs to the person who created it. We do not review, endorse, price, or guarantee any of them, and a token appearing on this site says nothing about whether it is a good idea.
No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed to give any of it.
Crypto assets are volatile and frequently go to zero. You can lose everything you put in, and you should not put in more than you can afford to lose entirely.
Your wallet, your funds
ForgePad never takes custody of your assets. Every action happens directly between your wallet and a smart contract.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. We cannot cancel, refund, or recover a transaction for you, including one sent to the wrong address or one that lost value.
You are responsible for your keys. Nobody at ForgePad will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key, and any message that does is an attempt to steal from you.
Fees
ForgePad charges a fee on launching a coin, on trades through its bonding curves, and on swaps made on this site. The current amounts are shown in the interface before you confirm anything.
Of every fee a coin produces, 85% goes to whoever launched it (claimable at any time), 7% to the weekly jackpot and 8% to ForgePad. A fee with no coin behind it — a stock swap, a launch fee — goes 92% to the jackpot and 8% to ForgePad. On Robinhood Chain these shares are constants in the upgraded contracts; coins launched before them keep the split they launched with (80% to the creator, 10% to the old FORGE coin's flywheel, 10% to the platform). On ForgePad's Solana launchpad they apply to what is left of each fee after the curve program's own share.
When a bonding curve graduates, its liquidity is locked permanently and the pool's trading fees are split the same way.
Network gas is separate, goes to the chain rather than to us, and is never refundable.
FORGE
FORGE is ForgePad's own token, created on pump.fun from the ForgePad wallet. Holding it gives no ownership of ForgePad, no right to any of its revenue and no promise of any price or payment. The only FORGE is the token at the address shown on ForgePad's FORGE page.
The weekly jackpot
ForgePad is building a weekly jackpot filled by part of its fees and by tickets. Its full rules — who may enter, how tickets are counted, how the winner is drawn and how the prize is paid — are published on this site before the first round, and entering means accepting them.
Tickets are not offered to persons under 18 or where buying them is restricted, and a winner may have to show they were eligible. The jackpot is a game of chance: most tickets do not win.
Unverified pairs
A coin can be paired with any token on the chain. Tokens ForgePad has not checked are marked as unverified pairs. Such a token may charge on transfers, be paused or blocklisted by its owner, be changed by whoever controls it, or lose its value, and any of that falls on the buyers of coins paired with it. Check the token before you buy.
Smart contract risk
The contracts behind ForgePad are public and cannot be upgraded once deployed. A few settings — such as the launch fee and the per-trade cap for new launches — can be adjusted by the operators within limits written into the contracts; the whitepaper lists every one. The contracts have been tested, but no test proves a contract is free of defects.
The contracts also depend on infrastructure we do not control, including the blockchains themselves and third-party exchanges such as Uniswap. A failure in any of those can cost you money, and we cannot compensate you for it.
Use of ForgePad is at your own risk, and the software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
Where you live
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit trading crypto assets.
ForgePad is not offered to persons who are resident in, located in, or citizens of the United States, or a country or region under comprehensive sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions), and you confirm you are not one when you enter the site. Tokenised stocks on Robinhood Chain are issued by third parties whose own eligibility rules also apply.
That confirmation is your statement, not a check we perform. Using a VPN or a false statement to enter is a breach of these terms and does not make you eligible.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ForgePad. You confirm this when you enter the site, and if you are under 18 you may not use it whatever that confirmation says.
You confirm you are also of legal age where you live if that age is higher than 18, that you are not subject to sanctions, and that you will not use ForgePad for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose.
What we may do
We may hide a token from this website — for example, one impersonating another project or a known scam. Hiding it changes nothing on-chain: the contract keeps existing and keeps trading, because we cannot delete something we do not control.
We may close a coin paired with a token before it graduates if that token can no longer be transferred or turns hostile — issuers can freeze their tokens. Its holders can then redeem everything the curve holds, pro rata; none of it goes to us.
We may refuse a token as a pair for new launches, for example a known scam. Coins already paired with it are not affected.
We may change or discontinue any part of this website at any time. The contracts stay on-chain and keep working whether this website does or not.
Paid placement
If a listing is ever promoted — someone paid for that position — it will be labelled as such wherever it appears.
Paying for placement buys visibility and nothing else. It is not a review, a certification, or an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ForgePad and the people behind it are not liable for lost profits or lost assets, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this software.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When the substance changes you will be asked to agree again the next time you visit.
These terms are effective from 4 October 2026.
